Mark your calendars for the premier event celebrating and supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs) in New Hampshire! On Tuesday, April 30th, 2024, we invite CHWs, employers, healthcare providers, public health professionals and CHW allies from across the state to gather at the Grappone Center in Concord, NH for a full day of learning, networking and community building!

This year’s theme is “Lighting the Future,” highlighting CHWs’ growing role in improving access and health outcomes. The summit will share best practices to empower CHWs to thrive and uplift their communities. The theme calls for investing in CHWs power to transform community health.

This engaging event will feature breakout session tailored to the groups listed above. We are allowing each group to dive deeper into topics relevant to their role, while fostering cross-sector collaboration. A call for presentations will be released soon, so start brainstorming your ideas!

Other highlights of the day will include self-care practices to support CHW wellness and resilience as well as updates and insights throughout the NH CHW workforce. There will also be a lot of opportunity for networking and visiting vendor tables to learn about the latest resources available. A vendor table request will be sent out soon as well!

Attending the NH CHW Summit is a wonderful chance to come together as a community committed to “lighting the future” and harness our collective power to improve health access and equity statewide.
