CHW Summit 2024 Planning Committee Meeting

Are you interested in joining the Planning Committee for the 2024 NH CHW Summit? We are looking for both CHWs and allies to join us and share their expertise. We would like to pull together a diverse group of individuals from different organizations. To ensure we are representing a larger group of organizations and keeping the committee at a manageable number of people, we may not select your application if we already have adequate representation from your organization. Please let us know if you would be willing to help on a sub-committee instead!
