This year’s theme, “Building Bridges: Connecting Communities & Care,” highlights the crucial role Community Health Workers play in bridging gaps, advocating for access, and empowering healthier communities. If you’re a CHW, program manager, healthcare professional, policymaker, or ally, we invite you to share your expertise and innovative strategies. We’re seeking dynamic sessions that foster collaboration and inspire action in areas such as building community partnerships, addressing health disparities, and sustainable CHW initiatives.
